Welding and Fabrication Pathways

Due to the nature of aluminium, it takes specialised welding and fabrication professionals with the right equipment to safely construct our aluminium fast ferries and boats. Our company offers a career pathway which starts with our Apprenticeships Programme and allows you to develop skills which can be honed through coding etc in order to develop a career within the Welding and Fabrication trade. Design and Innovation Team Pathways

Careers within our design team begin with our Junior CAD Engineers. With mentoring and further training, you can progress into a Junior Design Engineer and from there you can build your experience and hone your skills to a become Senior Design Engineer. If you are interested in becoming a leader, becoming a Principal Naval Architect would be the next step-up.

Our Engineering Team is a diversly skilled group of engineers from Plumbers through to those specialising in Engines. 

Outfitting and Interiors
Pathways

The Outfitting trade could be an ideal pathway for someone who has a background in carpentry or Fit-out. The boat building apprenticeship is an ideal way into this trade/department. This is a rewarding career that enables you to be integral to the high quality completion of our shipbuilding projects.
